While marketers have lapped up the offerings of VR, sales teams are discovering its unique solutions too. Instead of flying clients to facilities, Meraki collaborated with HCL Technologies Ltd to take their facilities to clients across the world, using VR. We created an immersive experience where the clients can now be virtually present at HCL facilities and understand the product from the experts themselves. Taking it to the next level, Meraki for the first time introduced interactivity in the walk through, enabling the client to interact with the video and walk around with freedom. This improves the level of engagement we expect from the viewer and consequently, their attention.
